When a storm hits, homeowners call roofer after roofer. The first one to answer usually gets the job. Katherine helps make sure that's you.
The Call You Never Knew You Missed
Storm just rolled through.
Homeowner walks outside.
Sees the damage.
Pulls out their phone.
Calls the first roofer they find.
You miss it.
They call the second roofer.
That call gets answered.
Job booked.
Revenue gone.
Katherine would've answered.
Katherine can take more than one call at a time, so a spike after a storm doesn't pile up in your voicemail.
Connect Google Calendar and Katherine books inspections into your open times while the homeowner is still on the phone.
Asks whether it is storm or hail damage, whether they have already filed a claim, and who their carrier is — and takes the property address.
Switch it on and a homeowner who wanted an inspection but didn't book gets one text from Katherine about an hour later.
